For more than 20 years, PE Partners has declared an annual dividend to return excess surplus directly to members — not to outside stockholders or shareholders. Qualifying members receive the dividend as a credit applied to their renewal premiums.

Public Entity Partners offers a Safety and Media DVD Library with hundreds of safety- and liability-related topics.

Our grant programs provide financial assistance to PE Partners’ members, enabling them to purchase safety and loss prevention items.

Members who participate in PE Partners’ Liability, Property and Workers’ Compensation programs are eligible for a full package bonus.

Public Entity Partners’ Legal Hotline is a free resource providing guidance for members with legal issues that could potentially turn into claims or lawsuits.

This online training platform provides over 260 courses that are eligible for TN POST continuing education requirements for our insured law enforcement agencies. Law enforcement professionals are able to access training 24/7 from any computer with Internet access. Courses are offered at no added cost to members.

Each spring, PE Partners offers regional workshops to provide training topics that are of value to local governments. Workshops topics range from workers’ compensation and employment practices liability to use of force by police agencies.

Public Entity Partners provides our property program members with valuations of the real properties they insure through us. The reports provide replacement costs and actual cash values.

The annual Risk & Insurance Symposium is a three-day educational and networking opportunity open to all Public Entity Partners’ members and local agents.

Scholarships are available to PE Partners’ members for providing their employees with additional risk management and loss control learning opportunities.

PE Partners’ Loss Control Training Program offers in-person training at your location, with classes that can be customized to address your entity’s own loss experience, top causes of loss or a relevant current event. Classes can also be developed for specific groups of employees or departments.

Local governments frequently receive requests from the public and third parties to use their property and facilities.  As third parties are not covered by member insurance programs, GatherGuard can protect you.  This general liability policy can help mitigate your risks, while providing valuable protection to the event host and venue.

PE Partners members have access to EHS Hero, the go-to online resource for safety professionals.  From creating a complete safety plan for the year, keeping up with the most current state and federal regulations, to fully customizable training toolbox talks that are ready-to-present, this resource could be considered a full-time employee on its own.
