Partnering for Success: People Aren't Difficult — They're Just Different: Managing with Personality in Mind
Time: 01:00 pm
Description:
Ever wonder why some employees thrive on structure while others live for creativity and chaos? Why some meetings flow easily — and others feel like a tug-of-war, especially depending on who’s in the room? Join us on Wednesday, Dec. 3, for our next webinar as Dr. Leah Gray uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as a guide to explore how personality impacts communication, decision-making and motivation in the workplace. Participants will learn practical strategies to adapt their leadership and communication style, improve team dynamics and turn potential conflicts into opportunities for collaboration.
