PEP Celebrates 43rd Anniversary
In October 1979, the City of Hendersonville and the City of Athens entered into an interlocal agreement to cooperatively manage their claims exposures and costs, which created the entity that today is known as Public Entity Partners (PEP). Our organization was one of the first statewide municipal liability pools established in the nation. Forty-three years later, Public Entity Partners works with more than 500 members representing more than 90% of non-self-insured Tennessee municipalities.

Property Conservation Grant Applications Available
As stewards of public tax dollars, our members are tasked with protecting and preserving public facilities. While property coverage can protect you in the event of a loss, taking steps to reduce the severity or frequency of a property loss is sound risk management. The Property Conservation Grant provides funding for the purchase of property loss prevention and control items.

The Public Entity (PE) Partners Grants & Scholarships Program invests in training, education and equipment to keep our public entity employees safe and help safeguard public resources. The application window for the Property Conservation Grant will remain open until November 19th.
