Online Portal Makes Claims Easier

Public Entity Partners is committed to providing the most complete and comprehensive way for members to manage claims and build a risk management program. We utilize Origami Risk, LLC as our online claims filing system through the PEP Member Portal.

This claims system provides the following enhancements to online claims filing:

• A detailed explanation of the types of claims that can be filed
• The ability to upload pictures and supporting documentation for claims
• A claim number that is instantly provided, which allows members to quickly make this information available to any vendors they may need to utilize
• A method for saving a claim and coming back to it later to avoid losing information if the system times out

If you have not already signed up for PE Partners’ online portal access, your Member Services Representative is available to walk you through this system or to set up an account for you so you may begin filing claims online. Please do not hesitate to reach out and schedule an appointment.                          

If you have already set up your portal access but need to reset your password, please follow the steps below:

To reset your portal account password:

1. Click on this link
2. Enter the username listed in this email and your email address
3. Once you click submit, you will need to check your email for a message from PE Partners and follow the instructions provided in the email
4. You will then be able to reset your password and log in
