New Website Bringing Changes to Online Claim Forms

Public Entity Partners is launching our redesigned website at the beginning of September, which will include some changes to our online claims forms. 

After September 1, your username for our online portal will change to your email address. 

Our new claims administration system is provided through Origami Risk. As part of this launch, our claims department will also be utilizing secured email. We take our members’ and claimants’ security very seriously, and secured email ensures that sensitive information stays encrypted and protected. 

Secured emails from our claims department will come from notifications@origamirisk.com.

Please take these steps to ensure a smooth transition for your entity:

•   Add this new email address to your safe sender list.
• Check your spam folder for emails that may be caught in filters. 

With the new claims administration system, members and claimants will be able to save a draft of a claim report and revisit it when they have all the necessary information for the report.
