PE Partners to Present Webinar on Avoiding Local Government Employment Claims

Employment practices liability is a high-exposure area for local governments, but many employment claims can be diminished or avoided.

On May 25th, Public Entity Partners will present our third and final installment of our Partnering for Success Webinar Series, “Local Government Employment Claims You Can Avoid.” This webinar, which will be held at 1 p.m. CST/2 p.m. EST, will identify areas of exposure that often create claims, as well as methods to avoid those claims.

The webinar will be hosted by Cassandra (Casey) Crane, J.D., of Farrar & Bates, LLP. Ms. Crane has been practicing law since 2006, focusing on employment law and discrimination, as well as municipal defense. She will share insight on several areas of exposure, including:
