Loss Control Consultants Step Into New Roles

Bob Lynch is now filling the role of casualty consultant for Middle Tennessee, while Jim Bell Hatchel has transitioned from our underwriting department to the role of property conservation consultant for Middle Tennessee.

Meet Debbie Yeager, West TN Member Services Rep

Debbie Yeager joined Public Entity Partners on Sept. 1, 2020, as the West Tennessee member services representative. In this role, she serves as a liaison between PE Partners and the West Tennessee membership, and is the primary point of contact for them regarding their risk management and insurance needs. She supports members by sharing information on programs and services offered by PE Partners, assisting with renewal applications, and working with the underwriting and loss control departments.

Entry-Level CDL New Requirements

Because municipal entities employ drivers who operate motor vehicles requiring a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), PE Partners is sharing a new requirement for entry-level driver training from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Mitchell Honored at TnPRIMA

REWARD Program Webinar

Workers’ compensation ensures that injured workers have access to medical care. It also covers wage replacement, depending on the amount of time an injured employee is unable to return to work. Successful workers’ compensation programs are partnerships designed to keep employees safe and free from accidents and injury through risk management. In the event an injury or accident does occur, they also provide treatment so injured employees are able to return to work at or as close to their pre-injury conditions as possible.
