- 10/10/2024 10:00 am
Public Entity Partners is pleased to announce that we have successfully voted in the new Chairman and Vice-Chairman of our Board of Directors. This marks a significant milestone in our journey toward continued excellence and partnership.
Our new Chairman, Randy Brundige, previously served as Vice-Chairman of our Board. He has been Mayor of the City of Martin since November 2002 and was named the 2022 Mayor of the Year by the Tennessee Municipal League during their 82nd Annual Conference in Gatlinburg.
Brundige’s expertise in budgets, sales and markets, along with providing efficient services, has driven numerous positive changes in the City of Martin. Under his leadership, significant projects such as the new library, police station, fire station, city hall and recreation complex have been completed.
Brundige’s passion for infrastructure and economic development makes him an invaluable asset to our Board of Directors. He is currently serving his second term on our Board, and we are grateful for his insights and guidance.
Victor Lay has been the Town Manager for the Town of Nolensville since January 2021 and is currently serving his second term on our Board. He joined our Board as a Director and now serves as Vice-Chairman. He previously served as the City Manager of his hometown of Waynesboro from 1995 to 2009, and as the City Administrator for the City of Spring Hill from 2009 to 2020.
During his tenure with Spring Hill, Lay received the Peer Award from the Tennessee City Management Association as the 2013 City Manager of the Year. Spring Hill experienced significant, rapid growth from 2009 to 2020, with the population jumping from 27,000 to more than 50,000. He has also overseen rapid growth in the Town of Nolensville.
Lay brings nearly 30 years of administration experience to our Board, and we deeply appreciate his input and support.
With the election of our new Chairman and Vice-Chairman, we look forward to the future under their leadership.
