In the wake of the recent devastating flooding in Northeast Tennessee caused by Hurricane Helene, all of us at Public Entity Partners stand with our families, friends and communities in Carter, Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, Hawkins, Johnson, Unicoi and Washington counties. As we witness the damage and destruction left behind, we know that this is more than just a storm — it is a life-altering event for so many of you.

At PE Partners, we believe that in times of crisis, our greatest strength lies in our communities. We understand that filing claims and navigating insurance can feel overwhelming, especially during such an emotional time. Our goal is to make sure you have the support and resources you need to recover and rebuild.

The easiest way to submit a claim is through our online claims portal to expedite the handling of and response to your needs. However, should you have questions or need additional support, we encourage you to reach out to our East Tennessee Service Team. Our claims, member services and loss control teams are here to help.
