A Reminder on Claims Filing from Your Member Services Team

In the last several months, there has been a surge of severe weather events throughout Tennessee. As a result, an influx of claims have been submitted from members across the state.

While the claims staff stands ready to assist you with the claim submission process, we ask that you submit your claims through the member portal (which links to Origami) as quickly as possible after an incident occurs. The timely filing of claims through the portal ensures that the claims are processed and, when necessary, investigated promptly. You also receive verification for your file that the claim was successfully submitted.

Members have access to PEP’s online claim reporting system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can access the portal here by clicking “Submit a Claim.”

Each member should authorize designated staff within your respective organization to submit claims through the portal. Staff authorized to submit claims must do so by using login credentials, which include a username and password, obtained from PEP.
